We have released a video of "Enjoy a factory tour from home!! Remote social studies tour," which was broadcast live from the Kirin Beverage Shonan Factory in June 2020. *1 You can experience how Kirin Afternoon Tea is made through unique machinery *2 that allows you to experience factory equipment and realistic footage of the production line *3.
Using the latest mixed reality technology, employees in remote locations appear on the production line and provide video that explains the manufacturing process, making this a next-generation field trip that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. By printing out an "observation notebook" that depicts the manufacturing process, visitors can fill in the blanks and understand the manufacturing process while participating in the factory tour.
Please be sure to bring your tour notebook and a copy of Kirin Afternoon Tea with you when you join us! We will also introduce some fun variations on Kirin Afternoon Tea that are easy to make and perfect for a change of pace at home.
