About reservations
Please check before booking
- Those who plan to drive a car, bicycle, or motorcycle (including passengers) for the rest of the day after the tour, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, are not permitted to sample alcoholic beverages such as beer.
*Alcohol will not be served even if you are pushing your bicycle home.
*If you are found to be driving after drinking alcohol, we will report you to the police. - If you do not show up without contacting us to cancel, we may not be able to accept your future bookings.
- If you have already made a reservation, please make a new reservation after the date of your previous reservation has passed. We appreciate your cooperation so that as many people as possible can visit.
- To ensure that our customers can enjoy themselves safely, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm your reservation details. Thank you for your understanding.
- To ensure safety and hygiene within the factory, please refrain from visiting if you are not feeling well (if you have symptoms such as fever or diarrhea).
- If the production line is suspended, we will provide information via video.
- For hygiene reasons, please refrain from bringing in food and drinks. Also, please refrain from eating anywhere on the premises (including the gardens) except in the restaurant.
- Please refrain from bringing pets (except for assistance dogs).
- You may only participate in the same tour once per day.
- We may be forced to close due to bad weather, natural disasters, etc. If we are to be closed, we will inform you in the "Notice to Customers" section at the top of the factory homepage, so please check.
- Tours are only available in Japanese.

- Reservations for factory tours can be made from 8:00 a.m. on the first day of one month in advance.
- Tours are only available in Japanese.
