Highlight 2: 100% recycling initiatives that are friendly to both the environment and people
Since achieving 100% recycling in 1998, we have continued to strive to maintain a 100% recycling rate to the present day. During the field trip, a guide will provide commentary on our environmental efforts.

If you are coming by bus, please wait in the bus until your guide comes to pick you up.-

The video will explain the Kirin Beverage Shonan Factory and show how Kirin Afternoon Tea is made.

You can experience the manufacturing process and attention to detail behind "Afternoon Tea" through immersive and powerful images.

Regarding group visits
This is information for those coming by group bus. If you are coming by train or car, please check the transportation access information.
Admission and bus stops for group buses
- Buses should enter through the East Gate. Vehicles are allowed to travel in one direction within the venue.
- When entering through the East Gate, please be careful of cyclists and pedestrians.
- Please drive at a speed of 20km/h or less within the venue.
- Please park in the bus parking area.
- Your guide will then guide you through the tour, after which you can disembark in order.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any collisions, damage to property, or loss that occurs on the premises.
Important Notice
- The tour of the Shonan Factory does not include a tour of the production line inside the factory.
- For hygiene reasons, we ask that you refrain from visiting if you are unwell, have a fever, cough, diarrhea, or have any other symptoms.
- If you are arriving by bus, your guide will come to pick you up. Please wait on the bus.
- There is a lot of traffic of large trucks within the factory grounds. Please be careful when crossing or passing through the road.
- If you have children in wheelchairs, please contact us in advance. We will guide you on a different route.
- Please refrain from taking videos within the tour course. However, you may take photos with a camera. (*Please be considerate when taking photos and do not include staff in the footage.)
- If you would like a photographer to accompany you, please let us know.

The journey from bus arrival to departure is approximately 120 minutes. If you would like a shorter route, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate your request.

*The tour of the Shonan Factory does not include a tour of the production line inside the factory.

There is no parking lot within the factory. Many schools have their lunch break in a park near the factory (about 10-15 minutes by bus).

You are welcome to take photos. (Please be considerate and avoid including staff in the photos.) Please take lots of photos to commemorate your tour. If you would like a photographer to accompany you, please contact us in advance.

The men's restroom has five urinals and three stalls, the women's restroom has six stalls, and there is also one multi-purpose restroom.
