About reservations
Please check before booking
- Those driving a car or cycling, those under the age of 20, and pregnant or breastfeeding women are not permitted to taste whiskey or other alcoholic beverages. We offer Kirin non-alcoholic chuhai, Hi-Zero Calorie Limit, and soft drinks.
*Alcohol will not be served even if you are pushing your bicycle home.
*If you are found to be driving after drinking alcohol, we will report you to the police. - If you do not show up without contacting us to cancel, we may not be able to accept your future bookings.
- If you have already made a reservation, please make a new reservation after the date of your previous reservation has passed. We appreciate your cooperation so that as many people as possible can visit.
- To ensure that our customers can enjoy themselves safely, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm your reservation details. Thank you for your understanding.
- Those under the age of 20 cannot visit alone. Please apply together with someone over the age of 20.
- To ensure safety and hygiene within the factory, please refrain from visiting if you are not feeling well (if you have symptoms such as fever or diarrhea).
- If the production line is closed, we will guide you through the video. (The production line is also closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during certain hours on weekdays.)
- For hygiene reasons, please refrain from bringing in food or drinks.
- Please refrain from bringing pets (except for assistance dogs).
- You may only participate in the same tour once per day.
- We may be forced to close due to bad weather, natural disasters, etc. If we are to be closed, we will inform you in the "Notice to Customers" section at the top of the factory homepage, so please check.
- Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the tour starts (you will need to complete the check-in process and purchase tickets).
- Tours are only available in Japanese.
- Please note that when it is busy, you may be seated with other customers in the tasting area.
Reservation
- If you have domain restrictions or settings set to block emails from spam filters on your mobile carrier's email, you may not receive the reservation confirmation email. Please make sure to specify the domain "kirin.co.jp" so that you can receive emails from that address.
- If you are under 20 years old, please apply accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 20 or over.
- Reservations for factory tours can be made from 8:00 a.m. on the first day of one month in advance.
- Tours are only available in Japanese.
The Brewery tour is provided in Japanese only.
